Home Bakery Pricing Calculator Spreadsheet: cost per cookie, cupcake & cake (Excel + Google Sheets)
Know what every bake really costs you, and what to charge for it.
This home bakery cost & pricing calculator turns what you paid for your ingredients into a cost per item, adds your time and overheads, and gives you three prices: wholesale, retail, and the lowest price that still hits your profit margin after card or platform fees.
Most bakers underprice because they forget their time, packaging or fees. This shows you, in green or red, whether each product actually makes money.

WHAT'S INSIDE
- Ingredient library (80 rows): enter pack size, pack price and shipping once. Cost per gram, ml or piece is worked out for you.
- Recipes for up to 12 products, each with up to 12 ingredients, yield and baking time.
- Price list: ingredients, labour and overhead per item, total cost, wholesale price, retail price and a fee-aware price for your target margin.
- Profit check at your current price: fees, profit, margin and what your time earns per hour.
- Recipe scaler: turn a 24-cookie recipe into a 60-cookie order, every ingredient scaled for you.
- Settings for your hourly rate, monthly overheads, pricing multipliers and fee estimates. Works in any currency.
EXAMPLE: decorated sugar cookies with $0.61 of ingredients and packaging each, plus decorating time, cost $4.55 each. The calculator shows that $4.50 loses money and suggests a profitable price.
